BELGIUM. 2,000 additional TotalEnergies charging points in Brussels

Up to 2,000 new charging points will be installed by TotalEnergies on Brussels streets by June 30, 2025.

Over the next year TotalEnergies will install and manage up to 2,000 additional charging points in all 19 Brussels municipalities.

This new rollout contributes to the Brussels Region's goal of installing 22,000 publicly accessible charging points by 2035. 25% of these are already in place today. Starting this year, the area aims to offer a charging station less than 150 meters from any Brussels address.

All the charging stations are equipped with a solar panel. 20 to 45 charging stations will also be integrated into light poles. This innovative technology takes advantage of the existing infrastructure to provide the lampposts with additional useful functionality.
