We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven sales representative to join our team and help us revolutionize the EV charging landscape.

Position Summary

The EV Charging Sales Executive will be a key player in driving the adoption of L-charge's off-grid, ultra-fast charging solutions into the fleet, last mile delivery and public sector markets. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge of the EV industry and strong sales acumen to educate clients on our unique offerings and close deals. The ideal candidate will aggressively pursue leads within target segments, manage the entire sales cycle, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and aggressively pursue new sales opportunities within target markets

● Consultative Selling: Employ a consultative and value-based sales methodology to understand client needs and propose customized L-charge solutions, including mobile and containerized options.

● Technical Education & Presentation: Educate potential clients on L-charge's technology, its environmental benefits (using clean fuels), and the advantages of the CaaS model (zero upfront CAPEX, no grid delays, resiliency).

● Site Assessment: Conduct client and potential client site visits to evaluate needs, record notes, and take photographs to ensure a tailored solution is proposed.

● Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract closing, including preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and handling necessary paperwork.

● Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for account expansion.

● CRM Maintenance: Accurately maintain client records, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM software.

● Industry Engagement: Attend trade shows, utility events, and industry conferences to network and promote L-charge offerings.

Qualifications and Skills

● Experience: Proven success in meeting sales objectives, with 3-5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the EV charging, Last-Mile Delivery, Renewable energy, fleet management or related technical sales industry.

● Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of the EV industry, EV charger types (Level 3 DC fast chargers), and basic electrical knowledge to effectively communicate product specifications.

● Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to explain complex technical details clearly to diverse audiences.

● Self-Motivation: Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to work independently while also collaborating within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

● Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads, deadlines, and project details effectively.

● Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot), Zoominfo/Apollo, and excellent knowledge of Google Suite / MS Office Suite.

● Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

● Travel: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

    Job Summary: 

    We are looking for a reliable and experienced Engine Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair CNG/LNG-powered engines mounted on trailers that supply energy to electric vehicle (EV) charging units. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience working on diesel / CNG engines and a moderate understanding of electrical systems. This position plays a key role in supporting our mobile EV charging infrastructure by ensuring our trailer-mounted power units are always operational and safe. 

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on trailer-mounted CNG engines and generator systems. 
    • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues related to engine performance and power delivery. 
    • Conduct routine inspections of engines, fuel systems, cooling systems, exhaust systems, and related components. 
    • Assist in maintaining and inspecting the electrical interface between the engine/generator and the EV chargers. 
    • Work with the operations team to support engine readiness and rapid deployment of trailers. 
    • Maintain detailed service logs and inspection reports utilizing fleet maintenance software. 
    • Respond to field service calls and emergency repairs when needed. 
    • Assist with installation and setup of new trailer units as required. 

    Requirements: 

    • Previous experience working with engines is required
    • Working knowledge of trailer-mounted power units or generator systems is preferred. 
    • Moderate understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, grounding, and safety protocols. 
    • Ability to interpret engine manuals, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting guides. 
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 
    • Willingness to work in field conditions and adapt to changing environments. 
    • Ability to travel up to 100%

    Preferred Qualifications: 

    • Certification or training in diesel engine repair or generator maintenance. 
    • Familiarity with EV charging systems or mobile power distribution is a plus. 
    • Experience with safety protocols and environmental compliance standards
    • Basic computer skills for logging maintenance data and diagnostics. 

    Physical Requirements: 

    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. 
    • Comfortable working outdoors, in tight spaces, or under trailers as needed. 
    • Able to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Installation and Maintenance: Install and maintain L-Charge equipment at customer locations, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
      • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptly and effectively, minimizing downtime for our customers.
      • Customer Training: Educate customers on the proper operation and maintenance of their L-Charge equipment.
      • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain detailed service records, diagrams, and manuals.
      • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures while operating vehicles and machinery.

      Qualifications:

      • Minimum 1 year of experience in field service and repairs, preferably in the clean energy or high-voltage equipment sector.
      • Proven experience in technical competency and a team player.
      • Strong understanding of high voltage electronics, electrical schematics, and power electronics troubleshooting.
      • Experience with PLC programming, specifically Schneider PLC (current state) a plus.
      • Familiarity with remote login systems and firmware updates.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
      • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
      • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively (75% -90%).
      • Passion for sustainability and the development of clean energy solutions.
      • Ability to lift upwards of 40lbs
      • Ability to work outdoors across all four seasons

        Position Summary

        The Vice President of Hardware Engineering will be a visionary leader responsible for the strategic direction, execution, and technical excellence of the engineering organization at L-Charge. This executive role requires a unique blend of expertise in electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure and power generation technologies, specifically natural gas generators and related clean energy systems. The successful candidate will drive innovation, manage the full product lifecycle from R&D to manufacturing, and ensure our engineering efforts align with the company's aggressive growth and net-zero objectives. The successful candidate will partner closely with the Head of Product to bring innovative solutions to life that meet customer needs and drive the company’s aggressive growth and net-zero objectives. The VP of Hardware Engineering will manage the full product lifecycle, from R&D to manufacturing, deployment, support and end-of-life planning.

        Key Responsibilities

        • Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and execute the engineering roadmap in alignment with L-Charge's product roadmap, business objectives and technological vision.
        • Product Development Oversight: Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative off-grid EV charging solutions, overseeing hardware, firmware, and system integration.
        • Technical Expertise & Innovation: Drive continuous innovation in EV charging technology and integrated natural gas power generation systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and compliance with relevant safety and quality standards (e.g., UL, ISO, IEC, NFPA).
        • Team Building & Mentorship: Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing, multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
        • Operational Excellence: Implement engineering best practices, processes, and standards to enhance productivity and product quality, managing resources and budgets efficiently.
        • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and alignment of technical direction with market demands.
        • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a key spokesperson for the engineering organization, communicating technical vision and progress to stakeholders, including executive leadership, the board, and external partners.
        • Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate technical and project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

        Required Qualifications & Experience

        Education: A Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, or a related field is required.

        Experience:

        • 15+ years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles (Director level or above).
        • Preferred experience in the EV charging industry or a related field, with a deep understanding of charging infrastructure, power electronics, and grid integration principles.
        • Demonstrable experience with natural gas generators, microgrids, or other power generation technologies and their integration into complex systems.
        • Strong track record of leading multidisciplinary hardware-intensive engineering teams and delivering high-quality products to market.
        • Experience with regulatory compliance and certification processes (UL, CE, etc.) for energy and electrical products.

        Skills: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
