Survey of EV-drivers in Madrid

To make sure we understand all of your challenges, we did a little research in Madrid.

We interviewed electricvehicle (EV) drivers about the inconveniences of using the current charging infrastructure.

Here’s what we discovered:

• Drivers view the lack of slow and fast charging stations (50% and 57% respectively) as a significant issue.
• Only 11% of electric car drivers have no problems using fast charging stations. Meanwhile, others reported the following problems: a lack of fast charging (69%), the high cost of fast charging (46%), misalignment between the declared and actual capacity and inconvenient locations (31%)
• The environmental friendliness of generated energy is important for most EV-drivers, and they’re willing to pay for it (73%). Only 27% of EV drivers aren’t willing to pay for more sustainable energy.
